  • Coaching and training of all personal to exceed their predetermined goals

  • Client billing

  • Fee collection efforts

  • Marketing efforts

  • Public Relations efforts

  • Selling costs

  • Training material development

  • Pre-approved travel expenses except auto

  • Pre-approved entertainment expenses

Coach Responsibilities

  • Manage Client Standards and Systems Improvement

    • Develop exit, vision and intention evaluation (CSu kit)

    • Clifton Strength Finder Assessment for key team members (CSu kit)

    • Written strategic plan evaluation (CSu kit)

    • Business model evaluation & competitive landscape profile (CLP form)

    • Weekly strategic initiatives plan  (SIP form)

    • Monthly performance review monitor (PRM form)

  • Pro-actively Drive Weekly Activities:

    • Partner Management (strategies, initiatives, deadlines, budgets)

    • Client Interaction (face/phone/email - date/time/attendees/results)

Compensation

For clients generated as a result of SBA Network or Bizpartner marketing efforts:


 Weekly Consulting

Revenue Split
$700/wk or less 50%
$1500/wk or less 60%
$3000/wk or less 70%


For clients generated SOLELY as a result of individual coach marketing efforts:
 

 Weekly Consulting

Revenue Split
$1500/wk or less 70%
$1501 to $3000/wk 75%
$3001/wk or more 80%


Partner Commissions:
SBA Network splits all Bizpartner commissions 50/50 with the managing coach upon collections. These services typically accrue 20% commission on the gross amount collected less taxes and service fees however this must be negotiated prior to project assignment.
